Cambodia

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the Marketing function in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

Thailand

Drive and implement compliance operations projects and deliverables on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

    • To oversee and monitor team’s output in terms of commitment to quality and production of profiles.
    • Lead and support global Initiatives for due-diligence ops team
    • Support the overall implementation of strategic business initiatives

 

The Administrative Assistant is mainly responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of an HLG’s office in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

The overall responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably Immigration Investment and Corporate Services, in Thailand and may, as required, cover other geographical locations worldwide in alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy and organization development.

The key responsibilities of the Lawyer are:

  • to advise high net worth individuals on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities;
  • to provide legal advice to the Marketing, Business Development and Paralegal/Processing teams on promoting Immigration programs and offering professional services to clients.

UKRANE

Job Summary

The Case Officer is to support in the processing of immigration applications for clients, the review of information for validity and accuracy, and the review of immigration applications to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements, and to follow up closely with each and every step of the processes to ensure the timely processing of immigration applications.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Including but not limited to the following:

  • Gather, review and organize information to assist with case preparation as well as contract terms of program suppliers/agents/clients and provide advice to optimize the benefits for the Company.
  • Prepare first drafts of correspondence and legal documents.
  • Support in any other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Senior Associates.
  • Assist with processing clients’ applications and reviewing documents collected to ensure compliance with the Immigration program’s requirements.
  • Promotion of the Company’s expertise in order to increase market share in terms of cases in any geographic locations worldwide.

Requirements

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Certificate or Diploma in Legal studies or similar
