-A qualification corresponding to a Master's degree or equivalent, or at least 5 years of commensurate professional experience

Algerian citizens are not eligible for this program, subject to the stipulations of the French-Algerian Agreement.

The French Talent Passport for Business Creation allows you to stay in France for a validity period of 1 to 4 years maximum, depending on the nature, characteristics, and duration of the business you plan to set up. This residence permit is renewable.

The spouse is issued a Talent Passport for Family residence permit for a duration equal to the remaining validity period of the Talent Passport holder. Minor children must apply and are issued a travel document for minor children. A Talent Passport for Family residence permit is issued to children who entered France as minors, within 1 year of turning 18, for a duration equal to the remaining validity period of their parent's residence permit.

-Open a corporate bank account for your company in France for investment capital injection

-Incorporate your legal entity with the local competent Registry of Commerce and Companies in France (RCS)
-Apply for your French long-stay visa "Talent Passport" with the French Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence
-Arrive in France and apply for the residence permit within 3 months of validity of your long-stay visa. The residence permit is issued at the local competent Prefecture where you reside in France
