Secret Bay Resort

The Residences at Secret Bay is a real estate option under Dominica's Citizenship by Investment Program, part of the award-winning Secret Bay Resort. It is a limited collection of sustainable luxury villas on a clifftop promontory overlooking the Caribbean Sea, currently operational and managed and marketed by an eco-luxury boutique resort with demonstrated rental demand and occupancy. The minimum investment is USD 220,000 for a villa share, with the option to buy additional shares or a complete villa, and the capital investment must be held for at least 5 years. Applicants need no criminal record, must be in good health, must make a qualifying real estate investment, and must apply through an authorized agent. There is no physical residency, education, management experience, or language requirement. Citizenship is for life for the applicant and qualifying dependents, who can include a spouse, children, an unmarried daughter under 25, and parents and grandparents over 65 if supported. The passport allows visa-free travel to more than 140 countries, and processing takes about 6 to 9 months.
