Thailand Elite Visa

There are five packages: Bronze (5 years, THB 650,000), Gold (5 years, THB 900,000),
Platinum (10 years, THB 1,500,000 with a THB 500,000 supplementary card),
Diamond (15 years, THB 2,500,000 with a THB 500,000 supplementary card),
and the invitation-only Reserve Package (20 years, THB 5,000,000 with a THB 500,000 supplementary card).

The applicant must have and maintain these qualifications: no judgment of imprisonment in any country except for an offence of negligence, no adjudication of bankruptcy, no declaration of unsound mind, incompetence, or quasi-incompetence, being allowed to stay in Thailand under its immigration and related laws, holding a foreign passport, and being of any age, except for the Elite Ultimate Privilege, which requires being at least 20 years old.

All nationalities except North Korea may apply for the Thailand Elite Visa.

No age limit applies, apart from the Elite Ultimate Privilege (Grand Package), which requires the applicant to be at least 20 years old.

Members must complete a 90-day report at the Immigration Office if they stay continuously in the country for over 90 days without leaving, and a Residence Notification (TM 30) from the owner of the house or building where they stayed is also required. If a member stays for a continuous year in Thailand, they must report to immigration in person to get a stay extension and are charged THB 1,900 at the immigration office for it. The extension is not required if the member leaves Thailand at any point during the 365-day period.

All packages except the Elite Easy Access and Elite Superiority Extension packages can include immediate family, with or without an extra fee. Anyone who wishes to apply with family should contact HLG to be advised on the best package for their family composition.

The benefits include a government program with extensive privileges such as visa privileges, business connections, and special recognition; an extendable one-year length of stay during each visit; VIP greeting and escort on arrival and departure by Elite Personal Assistants; exclusive fast-track immigration and passport control on arrival and departure; complimentary limousine transfers to and from the airport; extensive government concierge services for business networking; and special discounts at selected partners such as duty-free shops, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls.

The required documents are a scanned passport showing the main bio page and any Thai visas or stamps, one recent high-resolution passport-size photo of at least 1 MB in jpeg format, an application form, and proof of relationship such as a birth certificate or marriage certificate for family packages. The procedure runs through a background check, providing documents, transferring the membership fees, membership enrolment, delivery of the membership package to the member, and finally affixing the Elite visa.

Once the application is submitted, the program performs a background check that may take 1 to 3 months.
